Refund Policy

Overview

Site Spy subscriptions are billed monthly. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request one.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Plan & Billing section of your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to your paid plan until that date.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Outside of the above circumstances, subscription charges are non-refundable. Partial-month refunds are not issued for cancellations mid-cycle.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@sitespy.app with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Plan Downgrades

Downgrading from a paid plan to Free takes effect at the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days on a paid plan when downgrading.
