By accessing or using Site Spy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Site Spy is a website change monitoring service consisting of a browser extension and web dashboard. The Service checks tracked URLs for content changes and notifies users accordingly.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Site Spy offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
Plan limits (number of watched URLs) are enforced at the account level. Exceeding your plan limit requires an upgrade.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal accessible from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
You agree not to use the Service to:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Site Spy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any URLs and data you provide.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that change detection will be 100% accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Spy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Site Spy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
